John D. Penner is a California state certified real estate broker and has been in the real estate field for over 35 years. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, holding a Certificate in RE Development, and is a member of Lambda Alpha International.

Mr. Penner holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, Finance & Investment from San Diego State University, and has qualified as an expert witness in bankruptcy and superior court for both Orange County and Los Angeles Counties.
